This is one of the three fractal images I entered in the Fractal Contest 2000 which concluded recently. It was entered in the “Limited Color” category.
It is a Julia set with circular orbit trap. Region is split by real/imaginary.

This fractal is a Julia set generated by the formula (z^13 + 1)/(z^13 – 1) + c, c = -0.02 – 0.04 i . The “stalks” orbit trap was used with a region split by orbit.
